about our gym
Our gym was designed with recovery in mind...

Adult Group Classes
A mix of weight lifting, core work, balance, and cardio, these classes have everything to keep you going as long as possible. Both of our strength coaches are highly trained to notice the smallest of details to ensure you are keeping yourself safe when working out. We give you the foundational pieces to build your strength and confidence in any situation, and we try to have some fun along the way. If you're interested in classes, call our front desk for class times and membership prices at (503)492-6851, or read about our coaches Kaela and Autumn.
Youth Group Classes
Everything your young athlete needs to elevate their game, and then some. Our youth classes are a mix of stability, speed, balance, and strength. In our high school classes, we focus a little more on strength and speed. In our middle school classes, we focus a little more on stability and balance. These classes are great for kids in 5th grade or above, and made for all skill levels. All of our workouts can be scaled up or down depending on what your athlete needs to become their best selves.
Gym Memberships
One great thing about our group classes is that we offer gym memberships in order to keep your cost as low as we can. Each time someone wants to drop in, the cost per class is $20, but with our monthly gym memberships, the cost ends up being much lower. If you're curious, but not quite sure, come try a week for free! For prices based on which membership you would like, give our front desk a call at (503)492-6851.
One-On-One Training
While we don't have any personal trainers on site, we do have a great strength coach who is able to provide one-on-one strength sessions. She works closely with our chiropractors to understand any existing injuries to provide the best care possible for you. Read more about Autumn here.
Exercise Therapy
Whether you are recovering from an injury, or just need a little guidance, our strength coach can help you through it. We do general exercise therapy, and if you end up needing specialized physical therapy, we have many great local resources that we can help you find.
