I highly recommend Mt. Hood Chiropractic. From Hollie (at the front desk) to Kelsie (my doctor) my experience there as been nothing short of amazing. Kelsie has been working with me on shoulder issues I’ve had for several years. And I am so happy to report that with just 2 sessions my pain has decreased by 60%. I am going to continue to go and see Kelsie to keep this going and also plan to participate in the upcoming KettleBell class.

When I travel to Portland, this is my go to place for my aches and pains! I love Dr. Jake Salaz and Dr. Steve Salaz- they are both exceptional adjusters and really pay attention to me as a patient. Every time I leave the clinic, I know I’m going to feel better because of their incredible full-body adjustments (seriously, get your feet adjusted people!!) and the focused muscle work. Not to mention their emphasis on rehab exercises!
Their new office is super-easy to find and probably the nicest chiropractic clinic in Portland (modern, clean, high tech, and a brand new exercise room where they show me all of my rehab exercises!)!

The staff will do anything they can to not only accommodate you but go above and beyond to make sure you leave feeling much better than when you walked in. I always walk out with a smile on my face and no pain in my back. I have been going to see the Dr and the masseuse staff for a few months after my car accident. I can always get in within a week or so and they will set me right for another month at least!

I just started seeing Dr. Steve Salaz a couple of weeks ago and I couldn’t be happier with him as my chiropractor. I’ve seen two other chiropractors in the past, and Dr. Salaz is definitely a step above. He is very thorough and caring about your problems and genuinely wants to help you feel better. I would definitely recommend him and his clinic if you are in need of a great chiropractor!

Hands down, the best place in East County! Love Dr. Steve Salaz!!! And the staff is exceptional! If I could I would bring Kelsie home with me! I’ve had chronic pain for years from a horrible accident at a young age and these folks keep me going. The massage therapist’s at the clinic are the most incredibly gifted individuals. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
